What debris is allowed in the dumpster?

What debris is not allowed in the dumpsters?
- No explosives or hazardous waste
- No tires

- No fuels including gas cans or drums
- No refrigerators, freezers or AC units
Items of debris that can be picked up but only if approved by our office first:
- Rocks, concrete, and dirt. These items are acceptable but are very heavy and can overload our equipment. Please contact our office @ 240-419-8607 to discuss.
How long can I use the dumpster?
Our rental agreement is for 14 days per dumpster. If you have a special request, please call our office and speak with a representative.
Do I need to meet the driver when the dumpster is delivered?
Yes, the customer must be available to meet the driver to assist in placing the dumpster where appropriate.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, 10 yard can up to 1.5 tons or 3000 lbs, 15 yard can up to 2 tons or 4000 lbs. Not sure what size you need, please call our office to discuss.
How do I pay for the dumpster?
You may pay online with a credit card or we accept cash, check or money order. Payment must be made at or prior to delivery.
Do I need to reserve the dumpster ahead of time?
Yes, please call (240-419-8607) or go here to reserve a dumpster.
Do you deliver and pick up the dumpster?
Yes, delivery and pick up of the containers will be included in the dumpster price.
Do I need a permit to place a dumpster on the street?
Some municipalities will not allow dumpsters to be placed on the street without a permit. Please contact the Public Works office for your town/city/county for more information.
Are there any disposal fees?
All disposal fees are included in your quote up to the weight limits described above. If you go over the weight limits, you will be billed for the overage. Fees will be based off the amount charged at the dump at the time of service.
